Lesson Policies

Contois School of Music - Lesson and Billing Policies

·         At the beginning of each month student accounts will be billed for lessons that will occur that month, taking into consideration forthcoming holidays and scheduled teacher vacations.

·         Payment can be made in full at the beginning of each month, per lesson, or applied on account to be paid by the end of the month.

·         Once enrolled for the month, parents and/or students are responsible for all lesson charges for that current month

·         Students are entitled to (3) excused absences per semester and are non-refundable.

·         Students are entitled to (3) excused absence make-up lessons per semester at no additional charge.

·         Excused absences require 24 hour notice except in case of an emergency.

·         Any unexcused lesson will not be entitled to a free make-up lesson.

·         Rescheduling a lesson requires 24 hour notice and is subject to teacher availability.

Contois School of Music 2011-2012 Semester Calendar

·         Fall 2011: August 29^th, 2011 - December 31^st, 2011.

·         Winter/Spring 2012: January 1^st, 2012 - May 31^st, 2012.

·         Summer 2012: June 1^st, 2012 - August 31^st, 2012.
