  if products are in original saleable condition with original packing material with all included accessories.
• Returned products that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must not show any signs of wear and tear or they are subject to the 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking is applied soley at the discretion of ContoisMusic.com after the merchandise has been returned and inspected. 
• Customer is responsible for destination and return shipping charges on returned or exchanged products.
